What is the deal with the etiquette of modern communications? Are there set rules? like:
- if you have contacted someone, you can't contact them again before they respond
- if you did not answer the last message, it is your obligation to send the next one
- the ratio of communications must always remain 1:1
That kind of thing? Is it OK to just contact people whenever you feel like it?
